For this project, we chose high-grade aluminum alloy for the curtain walls. This material is known for its durability, lightweight properties, and high resistance to corrosion—making it an ideal choice for tropical climates like Thailand’s. The aluminum frames were powder-coated to enhance weather resistance and ensure longevity, while also providing a sleek and sophisticated appearance that complements the villa’s aesthetic.
Glass Specifications
The glass used in this project is carefully selected for both safety and insulation. We utilized double-glazed glass panels with a thickness of 6mm for each layer, separated by an insulating spacer. This thickness provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, creating a comfortable indoor environment. The glass also features a low-emissivity coating, which helps reduce heat gain and enhances energy efficiency, perfect for the warm climate.
Project Overview
The villa’s curtain wall system, combining high-quality aluminum alloy with insulated double-glazed glass, achieves both functionality and aesthetics. The large glass sections maximize natural light, creating an open and airy ambiance. This engineering project highlights our commitment to quality and precision, delivering a result that meets international standards while enhancing the beauty of this luxurious Thai villa.
